Are you using a specific email to submit the crash reports? If you are, please DM it to me and I can gather the crash logs specific to your system to help us identify the issue.

When you say you can’t clear your cache, are you saying that when you hold shift when launching Premiere it crashes or do you get the window to clear your cache and then it crashes? I once had an issue on PC where I had to Alt+tab over to the window if you aren’t seeing it. Is that the case?
