Cant relink media, when window pops up, no file paths are there to click

Imported a sequence into a project, then when i went to relink files, the window popped up but was blank, couldnt see any files at all. (see mock up photo, couldnt replicate it on my machine, but the issue happened on a different computer)

Restarting prem helped for one file but then happened again with the next file.

Using latest prem 2025, Apple mac studio M2 Tahoe os.

Hi @NathanOutsider - I would try as Peru Bob suggested hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clear-your-media-cache-in-30-seconds-in-premiere-pro-2020/m-p/11017257/thread-id/260446?page=1

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/using/reset-preferences.html

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

no thats not it since all the securities are checked, and it works sometimes but then other times it is blank.

Hi @NathanOutsider -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How to Report a Problem.

It looks like you are seeing a macos security issue.  Can you Navigate to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders or Full Disk Access then Locate Premiere Pro and check the appropriate drives
