Cant sign into youtube through premiere pro

I am trying to export video from premiere pro into my youtube account.  I click the youtube tab, open the buttons. My screen tells me to log onto my youtube account. I open creative cloud, click on my name, shows I’m connected but when I return to premiere, it doesn’t show me as signed in.

    Welcome to the Premiere Forums. We could use a little more information. Please see, How do I write a bug report? for our preferred format.

     

    The Premiere Version and system specs are always useful. I would also like to clarify if you are talking about this functionality pictured below in the Export Mode?

     

    If so, you will still need to follow the prompt in this window to sign into your Youtube Account by clicking the “Sign In” under “Publish.” Your Youtube Account is separate from your Creative Cloud Account so they do require two separate logins.
