Constant crashes on version 26.2.0

I just updated to premiere version 26.2.0 (from 26.0.2). Everything was working fine before the update. NOW.... when I move any type of clip on my timeline (by dragging the clip), premiere crashes EVERY time. I did the preferences reset. Did not make a difference. This happens when I open an existing project OR when I create a new project.

In the meantime, I downgraded back to 26.0.2 and everything works

    ok. I now have a new issue since uninstalling 26.2 and reinstalling 26.0.2 yesterday. Now I have a box that continuously pops up and interferes with premiere. I have tried to go to the plugin folder to see if I can remove the logioptions but it is not there.

    Hi ​@Tjay - Can you try uninstalling your logitech software and let us know if you are still having issues.

    I spent several hours on line with adobe tech remote assistance yesterday. they could not fix my problem. I gave up and did the inevitable….  I ended up completely wiping my pc and reinstalling windows and all software. What a hassle. The problem is gone. I knew it would be gone, since premiere was working fine before the update and eventual rollback that you had me do.  I will NOT be updating premiere any time soon.

    Hi ​@Tjay  -   I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Can you help answer some questions below: 

     Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed? 

    What are your computer specs? Please see, How to Report a Problem?

    Do you receive a crash dialog box?

    I do not have any third party plugins. Plus when I reset preferences, I disabled .

    PC 14900k Intel cpu
