Crashing on Premiere pro when opening/exporting/select preset or format.

I have no idea what happened with Premiere pro. Everytime I open the project/create a new project and import video, there's like 50% chance it will crash. It is easily reproduced too when CTRL+M in export and then select preset/format. You keep trying until it crash.

This happens consistently. While not 100%, it's still annoying knowing that you have to do this constantly. I tried installing in older version of premiere pro 25.2, 25.5.

I tried NVIDIA Game ready driver and Studio ready driver, still not working. I tried disabling IGPU 9800x3d, still not working. I tried holding ALT when opening premiere pro and clearing all cache, still has the same issue

If only I could pinpoint the issue, I could just solve this. Anyone can guide me? Thank you very much

My system:
X870 Pro rs wifi
9800x3D
RTX 5070 TI
RTX 5060 (Dual GPU)
RAM 96GB (49GB Allocated to Premiere)

@jamieclarke

The influx version was 1.6.0. It was the same even without it installed. I think I pressed the adobe may contact me and email me once. After that, I just pressed don't ask me again. It should be enough?

HI @Wisely5E71 - What version of influx do you have installed?  Do you still have the same issues if you uninstall it?

When the crash dialog box opens, please select the checkbox "Adobe may contact me" and then enter your email address.  We can then look it up in our system and help diagnose what is happening.

@Sumeet Kumar Choubey

I havent tried removing RTX 5060 yet. I think I may have a crash log. Could you tell me where it is so I can share?

@jamieclarke

Ahh okay okay.

I have autokroma influx installed which allows importing MKV.
The crash dialog box was "Sorry, Premiere pro.exe has crashed"

Hi @Wisely5E71 -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How to Report a Problem.

Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed?

Do you receive a crash dialog box?

Sorry for the frustration.

Hi Wisely5E71,

Sorry about the poor experience. RTX 5070 & 5060 don't support the NVLink (SLI-Ready) feature. Have you tried temporarily removing RTX 5060 to see if it's working properly? Also, did you get any crash logs? If so, please share that with us. It will help us diagnose it properly.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I know in the past, Premiere was not settled with two discrete GPUs, especially if they were in that linked mode.

Out of curiosity, why the two GPUs?

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Updated:

I tried installing 25.0 version and for some reason, it doesn't crash. I don't know what's happening
