Dynamic Link not working

HELP!

I recently updated to Premiere 2025 as well as my After Effects to 2025 (both are most recent versions), and I can't use Dynamic Links. I keep getting an error and no content gets pulled in. Anyone have ideas. See attached screenshot.

I would do a clean installation of both programs.

Remove both apps, reboot, reinstall.
