Electrical Noise Monitor Speakers

I have my Yamaha HS5 monitors connected to Adobe Premiere Pro through a Focusrite interface. When I scrub through a video in the project panel, adjust values like scale with the mouse, or resize workspaces, I hear an electrical noise.

This problem only occurs in Premiere Pro and nowhere else.

How can I fix this so that I don't hear these sounds?
