Export and rendering problem!

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring issue in Adobe Premiere Pro version 25 that affects the export process. When working on a 1920x1080 HD sequence containing video clips with a resolution of 1440x1080 pixels, the export process frequently freezes, especially when certain transition effects are applied like clock wipe. This issue persists despite various troubleshooting steps, including updating the software, clearing media cache, and adjusting export settings.

I have consulted the official list of fixed issues for versions 25.x and 24.x, but I did not find any mention of this specific problem. Additionally, I have explored community forums where similar issues have been discussed, but no definitive solution has been provided.

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue and if there is a planned fix in an upcoming update? Any guidance or workaround you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards
Dariusz Ksionek

Hello @dariuszk12086511,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Premiere Pro forums.  I'm sorry to hear you're having render issues; those are never fun.  As @MyerPj mentioned, we will need some more specific info to help.  Please see: How do I write a bug report?

Can you tell me whether the 1440x1080 images are scaled or in their native resolution on the timeline?  Are you using adjustment layers?  Is the clock wipe an imported effect?

I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!

Check this sequence. Change the media 1440x1080 and try to render or
export and everything will be clear.
This happens on different computers and is independent of the
configuration of graphics cards and processors.
Clock wipe and the rest are Adobe effects.

Best regards,

Dariusz

As a heads-up, we are other users just like yourself, and like other forum participants may be. Some Adobe employees check in here also, you'll know them by their badge.

As to your issue, it would be good to know if you are on a mac or a PC and some info about your process, media and even the transition. What version of PP are you using. The full number as shown from the Help/About screen. Thanks.
