Fix for mask selection not showing properly

The object selection red mask and text red mask are not showing properly,try this method- go to menu bar -view-select show ruler and  show guids it will disable if it was enabled,then try ,it will work probably

    Not seeing this on my end. Masks show as expected with guides on or off.

    Please post screenshot of ‘issue’ with guides on and off.

      I could also use some help understanding the issue. How is Object Mask not showing properly? Screen shots would be very helpful in illustrating the issue here. By Text Red Mask, what do you mean? Is this an Object Mask on Text? Are you saying that showing the Ruler and Edit Guides allows it to display properly or does this trigger the issue?
