Frame.io screen is not showing anything. not showing my workplace and folders. Only black screen is visible

I agree with ​@Amy the Stuv; what you present sounds like a Frame.io support issue. But there have been changes over time, so let’s clarify just a bit. Are you working in the standalone Frame.io app in a web browser, or are you in the Frame.io V4 panel inside Premiere? If the latter, what version of PR are you running?

I’ve never used the standalone app. At one point, when you logged into the Frame.io panel inside PR, it took you to a browser window to log in, then you came back to PR.

I just tested in PR 26.3.2, logged out of Frame.io and back in, and it did it entirely in PR.

Welcome to the Premiere Forums. We could use a little more information. Please see, How do I write a bug report? 

With regards to the process, are you also seeing nothing when you sign into Frame IO through the Premiere Panel? Have you tried logging out of Frame IO and logging back in? It may also be worth reaching out to Frame IO support to see if there is an issue with your account.
