Frame.io won't upload sequence

What a version of PR are you running? I am on PR 26.3.0 on Win 11. (I also tested Beta 26.5.0.42.) Exports are working for me.

In 26.3.0, I see uxp plugin 1.0.27; schema 0.0.165

• Premiere Version: What is the exact version of Premiere you are using?
• Operating System: Specify Windows or macOS, along with the version.
• GPU Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.
• Is it possible to send us a screen recording of the occurrence? 

Comparing when and where the issue occurs helps us narrow down the cause:

• Does it affect all projects or only some?
• Does it affect new, empty projects?
• When did the problem first begin?
