Hi, I would like to clarify that this issue is NOT limited to Seedance 2.0.

The issue occurs with ALL video generation models available to me in the Premiere Pro Generative Media Tool.

Without using Sample/reference frames, video generation works correctly.

As soon as I use the Sample tool and add a reference frame from my timeline, generation fails with:

"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I tested multiple AI models and the same problem occurs on all of them.

My generative credits are available and normal text-to-video generation works.

It appears that the problem is specifically related to the Sample/reference frame feature in Premiere Pro, rather than a specific AI model.

Could you please check whether reference-frame access or the Generative Media Tool is not correctly enabled/provisioned on my Adobe account?

Welcome to the Premiere forums! We need a few more details to help us understand the issue. Please see, How do I write a bug report?

Knowing OS and system spec information is always helpful. In this case it might help to know if you have Siri enabled on Mac or Power Automate on windows. The reproduction steps are much needed on our end so that we can try to replicate the issue, which really helps us identify the problem so please be as specific as possible with the steps you are performing.
