Glitches appear only when exporting through Media Encoder — Premiere direct export is fine

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a strange issue when exporting through Adobe Media Encoder.
When I export directly from Premiere Pro, everything looks perfect — but when I send the same sequence to Media Encoder via Queue, I get random visual glitches (broken frames, artifacts, or flickers).
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Updated both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to the latest version.
Deleted Media Cache and Media Cache Files.
Reset Media Encoder preferences (Ctrl+Alt+Shift on launch).
Tried both Hardware Encoding and Software Encoding — same result.
Exporting directly from Premiere works perfectly, so the problem seems to be on the Media Encoder side.
System details:
Device name: DESKTOP-KSKHTV7
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX @ 2.20 GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable)
Device ID: 3AC5D6EC-ECB2-410A-BA30-FA75179D5FD5
Product ID: 00342-21183-14825-AAOEM
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch: No pen or touch input is available for this display- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070
From what I’ve read, this could be a Dynamic Link corruption between Premiere and Media Encoder.
I also tried deleting but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this and found a reliable fix?
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Assaf
