I can't open premiere

Hello,

I just downloaded Premiere Pro v 25.6.3 and I can't open it. every time I try, this window pops up and when i click send report Premiere pro will just immediately shut down. I need the software urgently because I use it for my job. Can you please help me?

I restarted my computer and cleaned the cache. I even tried to use older versions of premiere but nothing seems to work.

Did you use the Cleaner Tool?

Please, I have tried anything. restarting my pc, cleaning the plug-ins, resetting the preferences, cleaning the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, and even tried to use an older version and it is still not working. I need urgent help!!! It's jeopardizing my job

Yes, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall butstill it says that "an issue has occured" and it doesn't open the software at all
