Kein Sound obwohl Original-Datei nicht beschädigt ist

Hallo liebe Community,

 

ich habe folgendes Problem (siehe Screenshot unten): Dieses Video hat ab Minute 1 keinen Ton mehr (wie man sieht)... jedoch liegt das nicht am Video. Wenn ich mir das Video am Laptop im Finder anschaue, hab ich den kompletten Ton. Doch sobald ich das Video in Premiere Pro ziehe, fehlt ab der Minute der komplette Ton.

 

Ich hab die Audio-Kanäle auch alle schon durchprobiert.

 

Kann mir jemand helfen?

HALLO ICH KONNTE DAS PROBLEM BEHEBEN!

 

ICH HABE DAS VIDEO ÜBER WHATSAPP GEDOWNLOADET. JETZT IST DER TON DA. (DAS VIDEO WURDE DURCH WHATSAPP ALLERDINGS KOMPRIMIERT.) 

 

WÄRE DENNOCH INTERESSANT ZU WISSEN, WOHER DER FEHLER KOMMT. 🙂

  • Issue –Jedes Mal wenn ich dieses eine Video im Premiere einfüge, fehlt ab der Minute 1 der Ton, alle anderen Videos funktionieren. Es ist nur bei diesem einen Video so. Und das Video ist im Finder auch komplett normal, ich kann es mir außerhalb von Premiere ganz und normal anschauen.
  • Steps to reproduce – Öffne Premiere Pro, füge das Video ein.
  • Expected result – Der Ton fehlt ab Minute 1. Auch die Änderungen der Ton-Kanäle ändern nicht (auch Lautstärke ändert nichts) ES FEHLT WIRKLICH DER TON
  • Actual result – /

  • Adobe Premiere Pro version –25.3.0
  • Operating system – Mac OS Sequoia 

    Version 15.6.1 (24G90)

  • GPU driver version (Windows only) – /
  • Video format –Das Originale Video ist: MOV
  • Comparative information helps us understand more about when the issue occurs: 
    • Does it affect all projects or only some projects? - only this specific video
    • Does it affect new projects? - yes (but only this one video)
    • When did the problem begin? 3 days ago - only on this Video + WE RE-RENDERED THE VIDEO BEFORE ON THE PHONE SO THE VIDEO IS BASICALLY A NEW ONE (THE ORIGINALLY MP4 FROM SONY ALPHA IS THE SAME BUT DUE TO RE-RENDERING ON CAPCUT, THE VIDEO SHOULD BE NEW - STILL THE AUDIO IS MISSING)

Danke! Ich werde das problem so melden! .... 

 

Das Hier:

"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"

 

Hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es ist noch immer so.

Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the box
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
