Khmer text not displaying in captions

I’m currently running PR 26.0.2, this bug seems to be in all later versions as I’ve tried 26.2, 262.2.2, 26.3.

I’m running this on a Mac Studio M2 Mac 64 GB, Tahoe 26.5.2.

I have 2 words that break the captions they’re in, the words are ព្រលានយន្តហោះ and ថេប្លេត

When they’re present in the caption, all other words disappear, if i try an upgrade caption to graphic that doesn’t solve the problem. The full sentences I’m using are these:

បន្ទាប់មក ពិនិត្យមើលការកំណត់ទីតាំងរបស់អ្នកនៅលើឧបករណ៍ទាំងឡាយដែលភ្ជាប់អ៊ីនធឺណិតរបស់អ្នក ដូចជាទូរសព្ទ ថេប្លេត កុងសូលហ្គេម ឬកុំព្យូទ័រយួរដៃរបស់អ្នក។

Wi Fi សាធារណៈ គឺជាអ៊ីនធឺណិតដែលអាចចូលប្រើបានដោយមិនគិតថ្លៃ ជាញឹកញាប់មាននៅតាមកន្លែងនានាដូចជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលផ្សារទំនើប ព្រលានយន្តហោះ សណ្ឋាគារ និងហាងកាហ្វេ។

This issue isn’t present in PR 26.0.2, I also tried the same text in AE with the same font and there’s not issue in the most current version of AE. The fonts I’ve tried at Kantumruy Pro and Noto Sans Khmer.
