Lumetri Color Not Working In Adjustment Layer suddenly w/ version 24.6.1 (Build 2)

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but the Lumetri Color effect no longer works inside an adjustment layer. I've edited multiple social videos since the last update, and this is the first time this has ever been an issue. The effect works directly on the clip, but not when I place the effect in the adjustment layer. It was working fine just 2 days ago. This is extremely frustrating to say the least. 

I'm using a Mac Mini 2023 M2 Pro on Sonoma 14.6.1
