Lumetri Color stopped working inside MOGRTs for PR 2026

Hi,

Here’s whats happening:

I create a MOGRT in After Effects, where I use Lumetri Color on adjustment layer and adjust settings like Temp/Exposure/Contrast/etc. After exporting and importing this MOGRT in Premiere Pro 2026, these adjustments doesn’t show up.

However, in Premiere 2025 - it works perfectly.

I tried many different things, but PR 2026 doesn’t seem to recognize Lumetri Color in MOGRT’s at all, but PR 2025 works fine with it.

What has changed in 2026 that this stopped working?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hi all,

A fix is available to try starting in Premiere Pro beta 26.5x72. When you can, please give the fix a try and let us know if it is working as you expect.

This affects the whole MOGRT Template market. There’s other issues with MOGRT’s in 26.6.2 update. You might want to check this out so that you’re informed:

Hi @jamieclarke - sending you a screen recording, where I explain and demonstrate the issue in detail - you can watch it on streamable or check attached file.

For last couple of hours I tried everything I could think of, but PR 2026 doesn’t seem to acknowledge Lumetri Color in MOGRTs in any way. While PR 2025 has no issues with it at all.

I’d love if you could test it on your end, and confirm that this indeed is happening.

Hi @georgeberidze - Thank you for reporting this. I was able to reproduce the issue and have filed a bug report. We’ll update this thread as soon as we have more information to share.
