Mask Loading Error [Premiere Pro 2023.6.9 BUG][Windows 10]

When I use a preset effect that contains two or more masks, an additional mask is loaded, resulting in a total of three masks. I have already checked the preset effect using Notepad++ and confirmed that the preset only contains two masks. This indicates that the issue is with Premiere Pro's loading process.

As a side note, there are no issues when only one mask is used.
