    Hi @mhariush1203912+90318

Welcome to the Premiere forums, glad you’re here! We do need a few more details to try to help with the issue like computer specs, version/build of Premiere, if Windows what driver etc. with our How do I write a bug report?

Do you mean you were working with masks in Premiere v26.3 and went back to v26.2.2 perhaps? By not rendering right, how do you mean, is it visually glitching or is the mask not present at all? You can include screenshot(s) or a screen recording if able as that could be helpful, too.

Sorry for any frustrations and hope to help!

The windows drivers are not an issue. I reverted back to the previous Version of Premiere v26.2.2 and now everything is working.

I am not interested in a tutorial on how to write a bug report. I just wanted to report that there are issues with the new version.

The mask was supposed to cut out just the head, but it keeps flash between nothing and that weird broken up image. I tried rendering it out with a green screen background and this is what came out.

Reverted back to previous version, opened the same project file and played back the clip with the same mask and it’s now working flawlessly.

@mhariush1203912+90318 Thank you for those screenshots, that is helpful to see. Which type of mask (object/pen or shape) was used on what type of media when this happened?

We include the bug report link as we’re trying to recreate the issue to further investigate and knowing specifics helps us troubleshoot that. Sometimes an issue only happens on Windows 11 or a Mac, with particular drivers, or on this specific type footage clip.

    Thanks,
    Katie
