Maximize Text Panel Ignores Highlight

I often use "Maximize Panel Under Cursor" with the text panel (working on a 14" laptop), but instead of centering on the highlighted transcript, it often jumps to a random section. This makes it really difficult to stay focused on the part I’m working on.

    Hi ​@DJP2014,

    We have made some improvements around the Text panel that should also fix your issue when maximizing the Text panel. Please try out Premiere 26.0 or newer and let me know if the issue is fixed for you or if you still see the transcript jumping to random sections.

    Thanks, Kerstin. I’ve just had a quick play with it in 26.0 -  maximising the Text panel works well in Sequence mode, no jumping around. However, I can’t keep the Text panel maximised while in Source mode; it reverts back to size as soon as I press play??

    For Bug 2, where I've cycled to a specific result in the trasncript (21/32) and a specific timecode (13:22:55:05), I'd expect the maximized window to reflect the same view/timecode. Not jump to one of the other 32 'help' results.

    To me, a maximised panel should just show a larger view of whatever's being displayed in the smaller panel.

    Hi @DJP2014 -  Thank you for sharing the videos. I can see the issue with Bug 1 I’ll file a ticket for it and keep you updated on the status.

    For Bug 2, this behavior makes sense because you have “help” entered in the search bar, so when you maximize the panel it’s navigating to that search term.

    Do you mean when you use the tilda key?
