Me fallan los graficos tanto de mi pc como de mi laptop al trabajar en premiere (26.0)

Desde hace 1 mes me estaba pasando en la laptop cuando trabajaba en premiere, y es que pongo a reproducir la linea de tiempo y al segundo la pantalla del pc falla y se pone negra, pero sigue reproduciendo, y no deja de estar en negro hasta que pause el video y la pantalla vuelve a “conectarse”, pensé que solo pasaria en la laptop, como un simple problema de demandarle mucho a un core i3 de 10ma generacion, pero ahora me empezó a pasar en mi ordenador de mesa (Ryzen 5 5600g y RX 6600) y esta pasando justo cuando tengo el premiere abierto y pongo a reproducir la linea de tiempo.

A alguien más le ha pasado?, me podrian recomendar como solucionarlo?, porque tengo todos los drivers al día.

      Hello ​@REBSEJ_G4336,

       

      Welcome to the Premiere forums. I’m not certain if this bug is entirely premiere related and have not experience this so far, but we would need a bit more info. See How do I write a bug report? for our preferred Bug reporting format.

       

      There are two places I might check and that would be in the App for your Graphics card, so following these guidelines I might try to add a Profile for Premiere.

       

      The other place I might look could be System → Display → Graphics and Add Desktop App Premiere there.

       

      Premiere often defaults to using the GPU the monitor display is using, so it’s possible it’s overtaxing the integrated GPU. You could also test disabling the integrated GPU using Device Manager. For trouble shooting I would suggest trying one thing at a time.

       

      We also always recommend updating to the latest version 26.3 or try out Premiere Beta and see if these issues persist.  You can still reinstall version 26.0 if need be.

      Me ocurre lo mismo, tengo un RTX 3060 12GB, Ryzen 5600x, Windows 10 home, 16 de ram. Ya intente cambiando los driver de nvidia por studio y gaming no funciono, actulice mis Directx12 no funciono, lo que me habia funcionado temporalmente fue cambia de procesador a grafica en premire pero ya no me deja cambiarlo aparce la opcion en gris y se queda en GPU intente de todo para cambiarlo a CPU pero no pude. Sufro de estos errores a cada rato.

      Thank you ​@ulisescarz for the system specs! We do recommend using the Studio Drivers so make sure those are installed after your testing. 

       

      Just to confirm, have you tried forcing Premiere to use your dedicated GPU in System Settings → Display → Graphics

       

      You might have to add the Application Here.

       

      This shows Media Encoder, but you can set it for Premiere too
