Welcome to the Premiere forums. I’m not certain if this bug is entirely premiere related and have not experience this so far, but we would need a bit more info. See How do I write a bug report? for our preferred Bug reporting format.

There are two places I might check and that would be in the App for your Graphics card, so following these guidelines I might try to add a Profile for Premiere.

The other place I might look could be System → Display → Graphics and Add Desktop App Premiere there.

Premiere often defaults to using the GPU the monitor display is using, so it’s possible it’s overtaxing the integrated GPU. You could also test disabling the integrated GPU using Device Manager. For trouble shooting I would suggest trying one thing at a time.

We also always recommend updating to the latest version 26.3 or try out Premiere Beta and see if these issues persist.  You can still reinstall version 26.0 if need be.
