MOGRT crash in PP ARM64: when will it be fixed?

Hi,

Earlier I reported a bug with instant Premiere Pro crash when adding any MOGRT file to the timeline (including default Adobe graphics) in Premiere Pro for ARM64. I know it's all relativley new, but even after a couple of updates (in both stable and bèta version), the bug is still there. I asked for an update in the previous topic, but no one replied so I decided to open up a new one.

I need graphics in my projects every day. This single bug causes me to bring two laptops to work. It's one of the most basic features in the software and it isn't working for months now.

I can imagine there are a lot of bugs to fix, but I see a lot of new features being developed while this bug remains. When will it be fixed? Q1? Q2? Later?

Hi,

A whole month has passed without hearing anything, is there any new information regarding this bug? I sent all the information I have and I hear nothing back. It's really impacting my workflow. I get that it takes time to fix bugs, but PLEASE just give me an update about what to expect. I use Premiere Pro everyday professionaly, if this takes a lot longer to be resolved, I have no other choice than to leave Premiere and switch to other software.

I have similar problem on Mac's Silicone based processors. The issue is nearly identical. Drag to the timeline and app crashes.
I do also have problems withs After Effect's template files.
The apps used to have a feature allow you to open them in a special format that runs in theirs Intel based format called "Rosetta Mode', Unfortunately Adobe removed that feature in their recent versions. And not allow ou to donwload those versions.
Theis native apps is the culprit. Recent significant projects that I had been involved in requires huge amount of graphic work and of course MOGRTs. Havingmore than onw computer is not ideal for me as the other ones not as fast as the main machine. Found some good templates for Davinci and Final Cut so until they find a solution for this, I think I am switching.

Hi @Precious_Twinkle5DFE,

In addition to the information @IanB_360 requested, could you also intentionally crash Premiere Pro and include your email address in the crash reporter and select send report?

Thanks!
Theresa
