Hello, thank you for answering and trying to help me. But I found the problem, it wasn´t a problem of your team, the cpu was broken. But really thanks!!!!!!!!

That's very odd. Please show the team more info about your source media, @Kathrin32801811e280. See, How do I write a bug report?

You may want to invest in a copy of MediaInfo, 99¢ at the App Store. That way, you can screenshot your information in "tree view," which is super helpful for diagnosing media issues for Adobe engineers, Adobe Experts, and community members in the know. (Side note: the Windows version is free if you have a PC).

Are you using a lot of GPU-accelerated effects? Are you scaling the media from 4K to HD? Is the timeline long in duration? Any other information about your workflow would be helpful.

Thanks,
Kevin

Yes, it´s happening at new and old projects.

Hi @Kathrin32801811e280,

Is this an older project you updated? Does the same thing happen in a brand-new project? Let us know!

Thanks,
Kevin
