My playback head is not moving and I have tried all the suggested fixes.

My playback head is not moving with Premier Pro 2025, although it has been working fine prior. This means I cannot use the program to do the job it is supposed to do: edit. I have tried all the suggested fixes, and they have worked before, but not this time.
