No video coming showing up in source or program

For the last few months I havent been able to see the videos in the source and program, nothing i have done from the forums or youtube videos have worked. This is rather frustrating because I need to have this program work for my job in live sports.

I have cleared the cache, restarted my PC Laptop and program. Updated my nvidia card. Tried to change the renderer to no avail.
