On Premiere Pro Of Version 24.6.1 (Build 2), Theres Noise On One Specific Element/PNG Image On The Time Line, When It Moves Theres Noise And When The Guassian Blur Effect Gradually Lowers To 0, Its Apparent That Theres Only Noise On That One White Gun Image While All Other Elements Including Text And The Other Guns Images Dont Have It.
