P: Audio "can't be read quickly enough" from storage

Just started getting this error window today while working on a very simple project that only has a couple After Effects motion graphics clips, and three tracks of audio: VO, music, and light SFX:

Event Details:

Can't access audio

the audio for _____.wav can't be read quickly enough from storage. Please check your storage and try again.

Build:

Windows 11 Pro 26100.3624

12th Gen Intel i7-12700K 3.60 GHz

32 GB of RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

The local C drive is an NVME SSD, but the file in question is stored on a Synology NAS with IronWolf HDDs. Both the computer and the NAS were built from new parts this year.

Premiere: 25.2, installed this week.

The same error happened on a second computer (same build, also connect to the NAS).

Problem – when uploading video files to Adobe Premiere, it throws an error "cannot access audio". Then the video file no longer has sound.
Recovery steps – when you start the file preview on the timeline again, the same error occurs.
After turning off the program and everything works when turned on again, but after a skeleton second the audio disappears again and the error shows.
This does not happen with all video files. But after testing 7 computers, the same problem is everywhere after the updated version 25.2.0. When returning to the old version (25.1.0) with the same video files there are no problems.
Operating system Windows 11.
Video recording format XDCAM-EX Movie, 25 fps, Source Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 16-bit - Mono.

When playing back my video, after a short amount of time of it running, I recieve a popup that says "Can't access audio." The audio for Users/User/Downloads/Song.mp3 can't be read quickly enough from storage. Please check your storage and try again. Then the audio starts dropping out...

1. I have 500GBs of free storage on the drive.
2. I have been doing projects exactly like this for a year now, no changes in anything. Same amount of tracks, same video, same file size, same quality etc.
3. Still receieving errors after rendering in to out and rendering audio files.

I am on an M4 Max Macbook Pro 14inch w 1TB of storage.

Can't access audio 라는 문구가 발생하며 오디오 렌더링, 파일 Export, 파일 encoding 등이 작동 되지 않음

미디어캐시 삭제, 프로그램 다운그레이드, 재설치 등 모두 진행하였으나 해결되지 않음

Can't access audio is displayed and audio rendering, file export, file encoding, etc. do not work

I deleted the media cache, downgraded the program, reinstalled it, etc., but it was not resolved

OS : Win10

v. : 25.2
