P: Effect Controls values reset when adjusted using Up/Down arrow keys in Premiere Pro 26.5.0
In Premiere Pro 26.5.0 (Build 99), values changed in the Effect Controls panel using the keyboard Up/Down arrow keys are not retained.
I noticed this specifically with Audio > Volume > Level.
Directly typing a numeric value works correctly.
Dragging the value with the mouse also works correctly.
Only values adjusted using the Up/Down arrow keys revert to their previous value.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Select an audio clip.
- Open Effect Controls > Audio > Volume > Level.
- Click the numeric value.
- Change it using the keyboard Up/Down arrow keys.
- Press Enter or click elsewhere.
- Continue editing or play the sequence.
- The value eventually reverts to its previous value.
Expected Result:
The value changed using the Up/Down arrow keys should be retained.
Actual Result:
The value reverts to the previous value.
Workarounds:
- Typing the value directly works.
- Dragging/scrubbing the value with the mouse works.

This started after updating to Premiere Pro 26.5.0.
A very similar issue has already been reported in Premiere Pro (Beta) v27.0.0.33. In that report, values changed using the Up/Down arrow keys revert to their previous values, while directly typing a value or scrubbing it with the mouse works correctly. Audio Level is specifically mentioned as one of the affected parameters.
