Playback glitch only at start of playhead

I'm facing a playback glitch only at the first few frames of the playhead. It starts glitching at the start and then playbacks normally. And it happens everytime I plays the timeline. I'm using a laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H 16GB Ram with RTX 3050 gpu. I tried every solutions in the internet for playback related issue. I even tried reseting the whole laptop and did a fresh install, still the problem remains. What should I do?

Thanks for reporting this and apologies for the delayed response.

Since this report concerns Premiere Pro 24.0, please try a current version and let us know whether the initial playback stutter and audio pop still occur. If they do, please share the details requested in How to Report a Problem—especially a screen recording like in the original post, Premiere and OS versions, system/GPU details, the video’s format and frame rate, and the sequence settings. Thank you!
