Playback glitch only at start of playhead

I'm facing a playback glitch only at the first few frames of the playhead. It starts glitching at the start and then playbacks normally. And it happens everytime I plays the timeline. I'm using a laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H 16GB Ram with RTX 3050 gpu. I tried every solutions in the internet for playback related issue. I even tried reseting the whole laptop and did a fresh install, still the problem remains. What should I do?
