Playback Lag bug.

It was set to my audio inputs, I'm not recording audio...but I've changed it to No Input, and now it's lagging for even longer.  I have 0 plugins installed.  But hey, My Templates don't load, my graphics don't load and now I'm getting the bug with the "Get Graphics" hangs at 10% forever. 

Hi @csilva23 - Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input"

Just to confirm you don't have any third party plugins or panels installed, correct?

My system specs are in the original post.  The Premiere versions are 25.4 - 24.5 stated in the original post.
Issue:  Playback Lagging just like so many others.  It's the same issue eveyryone else is having.
Expected Result:  For the playback to play.
Actual Result:  Playback lags.
OS.  Windows.
GPU Driver.  NVIDIA 5070 580.97 Studio Driver.
Video Format.  MP4.
Compartive information:
All projects, Multicam, single cam, 1 cam with 1 audio track, 1 cam with 6 audio tracks.  Motion Graphics, Motion Graphic Templates, Templates from the adobe library.

The only information that I haven't provided you with, is a screen recording.  Which I won't do, as ITS THE SAME ISSUE THAT EVERYONE IS HAVING.

And I'll ask it again.  Can we get a stable version where everything was working before you guys created all of these playback issue bugs, since what really seems to work was 23. something.  This has been an ongoing issue for since then.

No third party plugins enabled.  Hit play nothing happens.  Wait.  Hit play again, but as I'm hitting play the sound starts so I end up hitting it to stop it.  Rinse repeat.  Unintsalled, updated, changed versions.  Same issues.
