Thank you @Dreamy_Ocean6C12 for adding that information. I’m now wondering if it’s more related to this bug we are tracking below. Can you confirm if you received Selector 9, Error Code 3 when attempting to export as H.264?

If this is the case, the engineers are hoping to collect project files and media to see if this error still occurs on our internal systems. If you are willing an able to share this privately for troubleshooting purposes only, I can DM you a private upload link.

Thank you for the bug report and apologies for the inconvenience.

Problem persists in a new timeline with fresh cache.  Sheesh.  How did this force auto update to create enormous time loss.  I turned off auto update.

Works if 422.  But not h264.  This avoid 23.3.2 to avoid massive headache and hours of wasted work & working to resolve to know end but roll back premiere.

All png when xport to h264.  Never happened on older premiere.  Been editing 20 years.  New Mac mini.  All latest os.  Tried software only, etc.  prob is premiere native before export. U can see in preview window.

Title says it all.  Thx for sass tho. 26.3.3 = no png xport even in correct timeline.  Bug.  Roll to 26.2.2 to avoid.

To clarify, we still need the following information from the link I previously copied, but the specifics I listed below:

    • Operating System: Specify Windows or macOS, along with the version.
    • GPU Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.

In this case, it can also help to know the following.

    • What format you are attempting to export to and what are your sequence settings?
    • Does this happen with all PNG files or just one?
    • If you convert the PNG to a JPEG does it work?
    • If you create a new project in 26.3.2 can you still not export? (this will tell us if the issue happens during a project upgrade)
    • Could you provide a screenshot of the Media File Properties of the PNG that is failing to export?

I have been able to export PNG files on my system, so if we can identify the differences in process to help us reproduce the same issue on our end, we can identify a bug.

Apologies if there was a misinterpretation in my initial request. The team believes you are experiencing an issue and would like to help if we can.

    Hello @Dreamy_Ocean6C12

I’m afraid we will still need more information. Please see, How do I write a bug report? If you meet the word limit using this format, I would suggest trying to make some edits or feel free to add a comment to your post with the additional information.
