Premier Pro automatically installs Inter V from creative cloud while linked file uses Inter

Hi, 

Im having an issue where premier pro automatically installs Inter V from adobe fonts whenever I open my project. It does this because I have a dynamically linked after effects comp that uses the font Inter regular. The issue comes in where the line thickness and size is inconsistent between after effects and premier pro and can sometimes flicker between the two. Opening the linked after effects file makes the text link correctly however this is not a good fix for me as I have multiple after effects files that cannot all be open at the same time. Turning off Adobe fonts in creative cloud does make the issue go away completly however it would still be useful to have a way to stop premier pro automatically installing adobe fonts - espacially ones that arent an exact match to fonts in my after effects file. I also still need adobe fonts active so that I can use and download other fonts from adobe. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
