Premiere Pro 2026 Ver 26.0.0 (Build 72) couldn't not pan (with hand tool) in program window when zoom in.

Premiere Pro 2026 Ver 26.0.0 (Build 72) couldn't not pan (with hand tool) in program window when zoom in no matter how. Tried with new project also the same issue. The panning just work fine in ver. 25.x.x.

      Does closing and restarting Premiere bring back the panning functionality? What about resetting your preferences?

       

      Is panning working when not zoomed in at all, and are you able to use the Hand tool in the Source monitor?

      Thanks for the reply. I find that if I created fresh new project in PR2026, the panning still not working in both program and source windows. I probably need try and error more. FYI, I did resetting preference. This is what I found at current state.
