Premiere Pro 24.4.1 - black screen is displayed in the Program Monitor

Installed v24.4.1. When the timeline is paused, only a black screen is displayed in the Program Monitor. The picture appears only during the timeline playback. On pause - black screen.
If you zoom to 100%, the image is returned.
I returned the previous version - everything is fine.
