Premiere Pro 25+ not launching on Windows 11 (disappears from background processes)

Premiere Pro version 25 and newer won’t launch. Only the older versions work. When I try to open it, it briefly appears in 'Background Processes' for about 0.5 seconds and then disappears. I have already tried resetting the computer, uninstalling all Adobe software, reinstalling the graphics card drivers, updating Windows, and I am running Windows 11. What else can I do?"

Hi @Szymon_Ku?nicki9456 @iAutomatyka.pl - Can you set up a case with our support agents? Go to this web page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. In the lower right corner, begin a chat with Adobe Support and explain that you would like to be routed to the video queue. This action will allow you to reach the specialists for Premiere Pro.

I haven’t been able to work or open my projects for 2 weeks now, and I would like to know if there is a faster way to resolve this issue than posting on the forum and waiting several days for answers, especially since I am paying a significant amount of money for the subscription. Is there any option for live chat, online connection, or phone support?

Hi @Szymon_Ku?nicki9456 - Is there an administrator for your account, or is this an education account?

I tried launching Premiere directly from the C: drive where it is installed — with and without holding SHIFT, as administrator and without administrator rights — and the issue remains the same. Nothing changes.

Hi @Szymon_Ku?nicki9456 - Can you try launching from your internal hard drive and not CCD.

Are you able to hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"

Problem (Issue) – Adobe Premiere Pro version 25.0+ and every other version above does not launch after clicking, whether from the desktop or from the Adobe Cloud application. Only older versions 24.x and below work. In Task Manager, the program appears for 1 second and then closes.

Steps to reproduce – Click on the Adobe Premiere Pro application.

Expected result – Adobe Premiere Pro should launch.

Actual result – The program did not launch.

Adobe Premiere Pro version – 25.5 and all other versions 25.0 and above (I installed all versions).

Operating system – Windows 11.

GPU driver version (Windows only) – NVIDIA Studio 581.29.

Comparative information to help us better understand when the issue occurs:
I performed restarts, reinstalled the complete Adobe suite, updated Windows, updated drivers, cleared cache, removed AtmoX plugins.

When did the problem begin? – Since September 9th, 2025.
