Premiere Pro always crashes when I press the windows panel despite being on the most recent update

To clarify, does this issue happen from the Dropdown Window → Workspaces or when you press Workspaces in the Header Bar of Premiere Pro? Is the Workspace you are changing to a default Workspace or a saved Workspace or literally any Workspace? Have you reset your Preferences and Media Cache by holding Cmd on Mac, Ctrol on PC upon launch?

Additionally, do you have multiple monitors in your set up and would you mind sharing what they are and how they are connected? Do you have old Workspace presets from an older version?
