premiere pro crashing when i click on sequence settings

Hi everyone. I've been having an issue with Premiere Pro for a few weeks now, and it's driving me crazy. Every time I click on the "Sequence" > "Sequence Settings" menu, Premiere crashes for no reason, simply displays an error screen and closes. I've already contacted Adobe support, and nothing has been resolved. I'm using a MacBook Pro m4 Max 36GB 1TB, so the problem isn't with the machine itself. I have all the programs updated and original. I've tried reinstalling, deleting caches, restarting the computer, and cleaning with CleanMyMac, but nothing works. The program keeps closing every time I click on the sequence settings menu. Is anyone else experiencing this or something similar?
