Premiere pro lags and freezes .. again

There was a bug in previous version of pp when I trim edited shots there were lots of lagging while updating thumbnails 

now they fixed it I hope so

but the new lags are coming such as lagging while I cut shot and delete empty spaces between clips.

again there are freezes for around 10 seconds and then I need to restart playback from that point 

• nothing fixed in the latest version
