Premiere Pro - misreads framerates on .cine / Phantom files

When importing Phantom footage encoded at 25fps (we double checked this was correct in Davinci Resolve & GlueTools cine player) Premiere 2025 imports the footage at 24fps.

 

We noticed this as we had created attached proxies in Premiere via AME. The Proxies although were also made at 24fps incorrectly they showed sync problems when toggling between proxies & cine files.

    Could you provide a dropbox/wetransfer link to one of those clips for others to test and see if we replicate this behavior?
