Premiere v 26.3 and Premiere (Beta) v 26.5 not opening

    Same issue after updating to 26.3...had to uninstall and back to 26.2.2

    I am experiencing the same issue with Premiere Pro 26.3.0.93. Premiere never opens, although the process appears in Task Manager and Creative Cloud reports it as running. After Effects and Media Encoder launch normally.

    Environment:

    • Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 (22631.7219)
    • Intel Graphics
    • Intel driver 32.0.101.8508

    Event Viewer:

    • Event ID 1000
    • Faulting module: ntdll.dll
    • Exception code: 0xc0000374

    Troubleshooting already performed:

    • Removed Premiere Beta
    • Reinstalled Premiere Pro
    • Reset Premiere preferences
    • Tried Shift-launch
    • Tried launching without opening a project

    Is Adobe aware of any issues in 26.3 related to Intel Graphics drivers or Windows 11 23H2?

    Thank you for these additional details. Can you please specify if you are using a Windows or macOS, along with the version? 

    If your operating system is Windows, please let us know your video card driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.

    Since updating Premiere to version 26.3, the application no longer opens properly.

    • When I attempt to launch Premiere Pro (either directly or by opening a project file), nothing appears on screen.
    • However, the application does start in the background, as it is visible in Task Manager.
    • Despite showing as running, no application window opens, and I cannot interact with it.

    This behavior occurs consistently, regardless of whether I:

    • Launch Premiere Pro from the desktop/start menu, or
    • Open an existing project file

    Before the update, the application was functioning normally.

    Hi ​@Rebaona,

    Thank you for your patience. Please check your system to see if you have the Windows Magnifier feature turned on (Win + '+', or Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier).

    • If so, disable that feature and try to relaunch Premiere.
