Dear Adobe Customer Support,
I am writing to request a refund for my cancelled Premiere Plan subscription.
Shortly after subscribing, I experienced a login/access issue while attempting to use the service. The Adobe authentication page displayed an error message stating "Something went wrong" and generated Error ID: bee3c817-e4e9-4cb3-b0de-f06dbd027873.
To seek assistance, I replied to the Adobe support email and reported the issue. However, my email could not be delivered because the Adobe support mailbox was full. The delivery failure notification specifically stated that the recipient mailbox could not accept messages due to a quota exceeded condition.
As a result, I was unable to obtain technical support or resolution of the issue. Since the problem remained unresolved and support communication was unsuccessful, I decided to cancel my subscription.
My cancellation has now been processed, and I received confirmation that my Premiere Plan subscription will end on 28-May-2027 (PT).
Considering that:
• The service issue prevented proper use of the subscription.
• I made a genuine attempt to contact support.
• My support email failed because the Adobe mailbox was full.
• No resolution was provided prior to cancellation.
I kindly request that Adobe review my case and process an appropriate refund as a goodwill gesture.
I have attached:
- Cancellation confirmation email.
- Screenshot of the login error.
- Email delivery failure notification showing that the Adobe mailbox was full.
I would appreciate your consideration and look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Meenu
