Safe margins are off in full screen mode

Safe margins are blown way off in full screen mode. Makes the whole margin system untrustable if it doesn't lock in properly..

Upvoted. Win 11, PR 25.6.4.

I see it in a vertical/portrait sequence if I use the full screen icon. If I just maximize the frame (`) I do not.

Changing zoom level to "Fit" doesn't affect the behaviour. I'm on Premiere 25.4.1, MacOS Sonoma 4.5.

What does it look like if you set the display to FIT?
