screen glitches in preview screen

this is a very mild glitch, i have them way worse in many occasions.

Only happens when player PLAYS, so not when paused.

RTX 4080 Super
i7-14700K

My old PC i used for 8 years till 2 months ago didnt have this issue (many others but not this)
