The pictures show how when the cursor is static the psd image is correct. When I play the video, the psd image moves and becomes distorted. When I export the video, the image correctly scrolls. I want to see the correct scrolling before I export. I have done 100 of these scrolls before and I never saw this problem.

@flbreen9380904 I’m not certain if this is related to another issue we’ve been tracking. I’m curious if you set your Program Monitor to full, does it playback properly? Also, if you’re willing to share the .psd file we would love to do some testing on our end. Let me know if you would prefer a private link to upload it if you’re willing and able to share.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

    Hi @flbreen9380904 ,

Welcome back to the Premiere Forums. We need a few more details to help us understand the issue. Please see, How do I write a bug report?

I’m also curious if the PSD file was generated on the same system? It’s possible you don’t have the same fonts installed, or it’s possible it’s misinterpreting the scale. Are you merging all layers when importing?

    Hope we can help,

    Amy

Why is the media not available? The problem maybe that I lowered the opacity of the animated psd file. The psd file was generated using Photoshop.

@flbreen9380904 It’s possible that your system has the .psd file but not the linked Objects or Media used to create the credit scroll. There could be a rendered object in Photoshop that had a corresponding file that did not get sent along or did not relink properly.

I would follow these steps to Package and locate linked Smart Objects so that you have all of the pertinent objects and Media on your end to bring into Premiere.

Let me know if this was the issue,

    Amy
