Sound is different or broken in Premier Pro programs or in video export.

As a temporary measure, Premier Pro will open the project file and export it directly to the encoder, and it will output normally. However, if it is run on a timeline, restart Premier Pro and export it - encoder output. Please take quick action as users will experience inconvenience.

I'm not having any issue at all with sound on playback or export. Nor are most users or there'd be a ton of threads and posts here.

 

So ... troubleshooting 101. Data is needed to help you fix this. OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/GPU driver, the specific media data for format/codec and created by what, what effects you're using, and what sound things you work on. As a starting point.
