Hi!

I've created an issue in the foum for Premiere Pro (Beta), and was unheared:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-beta-bugs/bitrate-issue-in-premiere-pro-beta-v-25-1-0-005/idi-p/14848061#M3622

Now, this problem in the Premiere Pro (NOT beta), and there is no way to save video with the good bitrate, using any fresh Premiere Pro version.

As I wrote before, the problem was fixed in Adobe Premiere 24.6.3 (Build 4) and also in Adobe Premiere 25.0.0 (Build 61)

But, in Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) Version 25.1.0 Beta (Build 48) it still remains.

So, bug report:

Issue:
There is no ability to export video with 20 Mbps bitrate

Bitrate issue in Premiere Pro (Beta) v 25.1.0.005:
When I set "Target Bitrate" to 20 Mbps (At export settings) and render to mp4 file, I get something around 10 Mbps in the rendered file. In Premiere Pro 2024 (24.6.1) there is no such error (also, older versions of Premiere Pro (Beta) didn't have this error, so, it's something fresh)

Thanks!
