Timeline scrolls during playback while set to no scroll

I seem to be experiencing an issue rather intermittently with Premiere, where even though timeline scrolling is set to “No Scroll”, it will sometimes just… page scroll for no reason during playback. I haven’t personally been able to find a pattern or way to replicate this issue consistently but it has been driving me a little crazy for a while now. Doesn’t appear to be hardware dependent for me, happens on both my work and home machine.

Because this happening intermittently, could you provide more detail to the steps, actions, or tools used when the issue occurs?
Is your Nvidia Driver 610.47 currently operating with a Game Ready Driver or Studio Driver?

As I mentioned in the body of my post I have unfortunately noticed no patterns to replicate this issue, I’ve been trying to for weeks so that I could formulate a better report but I can’t seem to track it down on my end. All I’ve been able to notice on my end is that I’ll simply be playing back on the timeline, if the playhead goes beyond the visible timeline it may then choose to scroll at random. It’s not overly frequent, but happens just often enough to know it’s not anything I seem to be doing to cause it. In the screen recording I literally did nothing, clicked nothing, etc, I was simply watching the playback
