Timeline Scrubbing slowed down recently

Timeline Scrubbing in Premiere has slowed down imensly lately. I use the recent Beta of Premiere because of the timeline mousewheel zoom Problem in the regular Premiere version........
It only appears when lumetri effects are added to the clips.

Sadly even with all fx disabled and proxies enabled the scrubbing keeps getting worse over time.
The scrubbing speeds up after deleting lumetri effects, but this is not an option because of workflow.

Resetting preferences, clearing media cache, and not using cuda is not working.
Reinstalling Premiere is also not working. Nvidia Studio Drivers are up to date.
The PC is an intel 13700K, Geforce 3060 , 128GB Ram, footage is on internal nvme drives.

I attached a screencapture.

Hello @Matthias272639188nak,

My name is Kevin, and I am from support. I am one of the moderators here. I saw your screen movie and read your report. Thanks!

May the team get more info and steps to reproduce the error? What kind of footage is this, for example? See, How do I write a bug report?

I hope the team, an Adobe Expert, or a community member can assist you shortly. I'm sorry for the frustration.

Take care.

Thanks,
Kevin

The slow down builds up over time, and the issue non existant if i remove lumetri effects. I really don't understand why the effects have an impact with the global fx deactivation...
