try to export a video, the process reaches "Validating Ingredients (1/1)" at 100% and then gets stuck without progressing any further

The videos are approximately 15 seconds long and do not contain complex effects or large media files. The same issue occurs in two separate video projects.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Exporting through Adobe Media Encoder

• Clearing the media cache

• Checking and changing the Content Credentials settings

• Restarting Adobe Premiere Pro

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with Premiere Pro 2026 and provide a solution that will allow me to export my videos successfully?
